Late Client Policy
If you find yourself running behind, we will do our best to accommodate your appointment. However, if you are running more than 15 min late, you will be asked to reschedule and subject to a cancellation policy.
We understand that special circumstances are unavoidable and a cancellation may be necessary.
If you find yourself unable to keep your appointment, we request at least 48 hours notice. All cancellations must be done through email or Gloss Genius booking. Clients who do not honor their appointment (no Show) or cancel under 24 hours, the entire service will be charged that is booked.
This courtesy enables the availability to schedule another client, in turn, and maintains a higher availability of services for you as well as others.
If you make a retail purchase you find your are unhappy with, lets find a better match!
To initiate a product exchange for full credit, simply notify me within 14 days and return the initial product at next appointment.
No return for cash.
